A recent poll shows that people generally worry about two things –health and finances. 
Being wealthy with no health is sad. When you do not have your health, life can be difficult. Poor health can not only change your outlook on life, it can also put a strain on your relationship with others and your finances (or what’s left of it). Being sick is sad. You feel lousy, lack energy and you can’t do the things you want to do.

Did you know there are ten health laws? They are simple to follow, yet how many people actually follow them! For awhile, we may break the rules without being affected. But as we get older, our bodies will speak back. We may experience pain or plain lack energy.
