Brain Food Cookies

Our brains loves . Here is a recipe loads with essential fatty acid, I call it the “Brain food cookie.”healthy cookie

Mix together:

  • 2 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cups ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 cup spelt flour or whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup(grade B is best)
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla

Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
