Brain Food Cookies
Our brains loves essential fatty acids. Here is a recipe loads with essential fatty acid, I call it the “Brain food cookie.”
Mix together:
- 2 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cups ground flaxseed
- 3/4 cup spelt flour or whole wheat
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup(grade B is best)
- 1 TBSP Vanilla
Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
