Exercise causes the brain to release endorphins that have pain-relieving properties similar to morphine. Exercise is also a detoxifies and helps alleviate muscular tension. It helps you to sleep. An essential exercise is deep breathing of pure air. Have you ever watched babies breath? They breath using their diaphragm to suck air into their lungs.
Here is what you can do first thing in the morning before getting out of bed. Inhale through your nose and fill your entire lungs. HOLD IT for 7 seconds. Then exhale slowly while squeezing your abdominal muscles to your spine and make a “sss” noise. Do this 10 times every morning. You might be amazed at your energy level.
