letter f

Fatigue, the other F word. Fatigue is the number one complaint all over the world. Fatigue is different from drowsiness; fatigue is a feeling of weariness, tiredness, or lack of energy. There are many reason for fatigue; from viral infection, such as Epstein-Barr virus, to immune dysfunction, to lack of sleep and to hormonal imbalances.

Fatigue is a symptom something is not right. Perhaps a better question to ask is;

What does the body need to produce energy?

With our fast paced lifestyle, sometimes we don’t eat right which can lead to feeling fatigue. So we take vitamins. Sorta like taking out additional health insurance. I did. Then I learned about synthetic vitamins. If you are a person who is interested in health, read “Are You Wasting Your Money on Synthetic Vitamins?” It’s a free download.
