Fatigue

Fatigue, the other F word. Fatigue is the number one complaint all over the world. Fatigue is different from drowsiness; fatigue is a feeling of weariness, tiredness, or lack of energy. There are many reason for fatigue; from viral infection, such as Epstein-Barr virus, to immune dysfunction, to lack of sleep and to hormonal imbalances.
Fatigue is a symptom something is not right. Perhaps a better question to ask is;
What does the body need to produce energy?
- Exercise
- Sunshine and fresh air
- Water
- Attitude of gratitude
- Wholesome food
- Rest / sleep.
- Avoid toxin
- Prayer
With our fast paced lifestyle, sometimes we don’t eat right which can lead to feeling fatigue. So we take vitamins. Sorta like taking out additional health insurance. I did.
